The reconstruction of this historical script from the Krems Bible (1333/1334, Austria) was my semestral project for the subject PV085 Fonts of Type and Calligraphy II in the Studio of Graphic Design and Multimedia (AGD+M) at the Faculty Of Informatics at Masaryk University in 2011. After scanning one page with the script, I started recreating the path of the letters and after choosing the right tools I had a good collection of letters. I only needed to finish the work by correcting the shapes and adding some extra tails. It might sound easy, but it was a three months job.
2011-ben a PV085 Betűkészletek és Kalligráfia II tantárgy szemeszteri munkájában egy történelmi kézírást kellett digitalizálnunk. Az én választásom a Krems Bibliára esett, amely 1333/34-ben lett befejezve Ausztriában. Egy, a kézírást tartalmazó oldal beszkennelése után elkezdtem rekonstruálni a betűk pályáját. A megfelelő eszközök kiválasztása után már egy jó betű szett állt a rendelkezésemre. Már csak be kellett fejeznem a munkát az egyes betűk alakjának kipofozásával. Egyszerűnek hangzik, de három hónap munkája van benne.
